Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India to all metros and major non-metro cities. All our vendors tied up with a reliable logistics partners that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • The seller generally packs the product ordered within 2-5 business days. In case the product is made to order, the timelines for getting the product ready are mentioned on the website
  • Our logistics partners are notified once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from the seller and dispatch it to customer location. The general timelines for delivery post pickup is 3-4 days.
  • Our operations are live across all business days (except Sundays and National Holidays). For any product related issues during delivery, you can contact us on namaste@mahasaghar.com and we shall revert to you within 24 hrs.

Mahāsa Ghar does NOT physically manage ANY vendor products. Each vendor is responsible for issuing sales invoices, updating shipment tracking details and fulfilling the orders in accordance with individual company policies. This includes shipping/ COD/ gifting surcharges. Mahāsa Ghar is ONLY responsible for emailing automated order confirmations to customers. Any discrepancies will be resolved on a case by case basis.

Please note that certain handmade/ artisanal products may required additional lead times. Any such delays will be informed to the customer either via Mahāsa Ghar or the respective vendor. In certain cases, the same may also be mentioned explicitly in the sales invoice, in which case, a follow-up is not deemed necessary until prompted.

Customers are expected to cooperate with us under the circumstances of unfavourable weather conditions, health or safety-related restrictions and or regulations, geopolitical conflicts and barring, etc. We may hold orders until the logistics chain miles/ shipment hub destinations are resumed as operational.

In a case where any communication is initiated by the customer pertaining to an order, Mahāsa Ghar will acknowledge customer queries/ related concerns to the best of knowledge, and forward the same to the respective vendors looping them in an email thread. It is requested that both the customer and the vendor Cc Mahāsa Ghar in all email threads at namaste@mahasaghar.com. This will help us ensure that our vendors comply with our customer relationship measures and facilitate a seamless transaction for both parties.

Please note that your order may be delivered in multiple packages if you place a single order of multiple brands. Each brand will fulfil its order at their pace and through their logistics partner. Orders will only be accepted for Indian addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes within India. We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
